Cici's career in music started on the picturesque island of Curacao where she grew up. She recorded her first album, 'Mundu Nobo', at the age of 16. This album would launch her career as an Antillean gospel artist. Her song, 'Nada Ta Imposibel Pa Jehovah', is still a classic on the island.
After moving to The Netherlands in 2012, Cici continued her music career writing as well as recording music for gospel group 'Life Music' and collaborating with other artists such as Quin Soular and De Rechtstaat. Cici also sang as a backing vocalists for various artists such as Shirma Rouse, Jayh Jawson (with Steezmusic band & Stanley Clementina), Izaline Calister and Broederliefde.
In 2019, She was the opening act for international Gospel Artist, Phill Thompson. Cici has been repositioning herself as a solo artist and is currently releasing new music. In 2021, She released her EP in Papiamento titles ' Dios di Milager' and 'Better Days' (with Quin Soular, Shirma Rouse and Dwight Dissels) was released in 2022. Her music is influenced by her gospel and caribbean roots, but most of all her desire to bring light, joy and hope to the world.
